 Dr. Yixiong Wang
 Licensed Acupuncturist
 M.D. (P.R.C.)

Dr. Yixiong Wang has studied both western and traditional Chinese medicine. He is a licensed medical doctor and a doctor of traditional Chinese medicine in China. He also holds both State and National Certification as an acupuncturist.


For more than 20 years, Dr. Wang has been involved in clinical practice, in research, and in the teaching of both western and Chinese medicine, acupuncture, and Tuina (an ancient Chinese form of therapeutic massage).


After graduating from the Wenzhou Medical University and training at Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Dr. Wang held the position of assistant professor at Zhejiang University of TCM and physician at its connected hospital. In 1991 Dr. Wang joined the faculty at the Northwest Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Seattle, Washington.


Dr. Wang is a member of both the National Association of Physicians and the National Association of Chinese Medicine of China. He has also received Achievement in Research awards from the Chinese government for papers on ACPS (a kiwi root extract) and on Suxinbao (an herb formula).



 Dr. Wenguang Liu

 Licensed Acupuncturist

Dr. Wenguang Liu, a licensed acupuncturist in Washington State, started his training in China at Zhejiang Chinese Medical University. After which he spent 3 years at Zhejiang's Traditional Chinese Hospital, where he served first as an intern, then as resident physician. He came to the US in 2013 to pursue additional training in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at Han University of Traditional Medicine in Arizona.


Dr. Liu is also Board Certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology as a Diplomat of Oriental Medicine. Dr. Liu's interest in medicine and wellness first began as a teenager under the apprenticeship of his grandfather, a renowned traditional medical doctor in the Zhejiang Province of China. The vast knowledge gained from both his formal education and practical hands-on experience allows him to tailor each patient's treatment to their unique circumstances and needs.



 Yun “Rachel” Duan

 Physical Therapist

 DPT


Rachel graduated in 2013 from the University of Puget Sound in Washington with a doctoral degree in physical therapy. She has previously trained in several physical therapy settings including outpatient rehab, skilled nursing facility, and subacute hospital. However, she now practices in an outpatient orthopedic setting, in which she has accumulated experience in postsurgical orthopedic rehabilitation and treating a variety of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular disorders.


Driven by a great passion for the field and a desire to help people, Rachel is diligently pursuing continuing education. She strives to keep up-to-date with the latest knowledge and research; to utilize evidence-based practice; to apply customized treatment for individual patients with a combination of manual therapy, exercises, and various modalities; and to provide high-quality patient care. She is quickly growing in her field and is currently working towards certification as an orthopedic specialist (OCS).


Since graduation, Rachel has settled down with her family in beautiful Issaquah, WA. In addition to her job, she enjoys traveling, hiking, swimming, skiing, rock climbing, Tai Chi, and spending time with her family and friends.
